5 Live Sessions - Sundays & the last Wednesday of the month at 7pm
We will touch on each area of the face this month - Forehead, Eyes, Cheeks, Mouth, Nasolabial Folds, Neck & Jawline.
I plan on doing some short breakdowns of the poses, so you may narrow your focus as needed. And other beauty tips & techniques.
My sincere hope is you're enjoying the experience & finding your groove. It takes time to commit & incorporate into your life, I understand, but it'll be so worth it I promise! My face is proof:)

Body posture is 1st! Then determine which eyebrow is higher. This pose wrinkles the forehead - that's OK - afterwards tap or glide fingertips around the forehead. Can use free hand to gently assist the lift.
Muscles Used:
Works orbicularis oculi, procerus, corrugator supercilii muscles while preventing frontalis from forming lines.
September's intention is about getting back into routines. We will be focusing on fitting face yoga into daily activities or moments.
