Relaxation Music
10 Minutes
Make sure you're comfortably propped up over the hot water with the towel completely covering you & the bowl; lock in the steam. Add more hot water as needed.
Breathe In & Out
When time is up, pat dry your face.
Wash with the impurities with your favorite gentle cleanser [mine: Green Compass Gentle Calming Milk].
Rinse & splash your face with cold water to tighten the skin.
Pat dry your face. Then follow with favorite moisturizing ritual.

Body posture is 1st! Then determine which eyebrow is higher. This pose wrinkles the forehead - that's OK - afterwards tap or glide fingertips around the forehead. Can use free hand to gently assist the lift.

Works orbicularis oculi, procerus, corrugator supercilii muscles while preventing frontalis from forming lines.
