The best simple beauty tip I learned from Fumiko (Face Yoga Method), during the course, was the 100 Times Splash Face Wash. Her thought, while we clean the face with cleanser - we leave behind residue. Cold water splashes help remove the residue left behind & deep clean the pores while tightening them at the same time. The little splashes also stimulates the skin which promotes circulation.

It is simple - after washing your face. Wash it again by gentle splashing the face with cold water [100x]. Splash fast & close to the face in an upwards motion.
Yes, it might get messy. Sometimes, at the end of my shower, I use my shower hose so I can control the flow away from the body & blast my face with cold water while counting to 100 [lazy girl method].
Don't use hot water - dries the skin & dry skin is more susceptible to wrinkling.
Don't rub the skin with hands or towel afterwards - so damaging to the skin.

Body posture is 1st! Then determine which eyebrow is higher. This pose wrinkles the forehead - that's OK - afterwards tap or glide fingertips around the forehead. Can use free hand to gently assist the lift.

Works orbicularis oculi, procerus, corrugator supercilii muscles while preventing frontalis from forming lines.
