Going to be a little different - in a soothing, healing kind of way. But you need to be ready!
#1 - Start with clean skin & hands
#2 - Avoid a tank top unless you clean your hands immediately - we will be in the armpit doing lymphatic drainage 1st
#3 - Have ready an oil based cleanser or a light oil so your hands glide over your face - I wash my face after face yoga so I will be using my Green Compass Calming Milk Cleanser
#4 - We will be doing a lymphatic drain on the face - this is not a massage it is gentle
#5 - After we will encourage more drainage with doing a few poses
Bonus - wash your face afterwards doing cold water splash:)

Body posture is 1st! Then determine which eyebrow is higher. This pose wrinkles the forehead - that's OK - afterwards tap or glide fingertips around the forehead. Can use free hand to gently assist the lift.
Muscles Used:
Works orbicularis oculi, procerus, corrugator supercilii muscles while preventing frontalis from forming lines.
