Items Needed:
Amber Roller Bottle
Essential Oils (5-8 drops of each)
Jojoba or Almond Oil
Balance the scent with Base, Middle & Top notes (ultimately your choice). See list below.
•Start with the Base Essential Oil 1st, then add Middle & finally the Top oil.
•Fill the roller with the Jojoba or Almond Oil
•You need to allow the the blend to age, 3-4 weeks, mixing every so often before using.
You can always create blends for sinuses, headaches, relaxation & energy.
Base Notes – cedarwood, frankincense, sandalwood, vanilla, vetiver, oakmoss, patchouli, myrrh
Middle Notes – black pepper, ginger, pine, rosemary, juniper berry, clove bud, cinnamon, nutmeg, clary sage, fir, cypress
Top Notes – basil, bergamot, coriander, grapefruit, lemongrass, lemon, lime, mandarin, melissa, orange, peppermint, spearmint, lavender, petitgrain
