Welcome:)
This is release session 1 of 2. This is a new beginning for everyone.
I like to start with the release session when I teach privately (1 hour session) - and the face yogi likes to revisit from time to time. Releasing tightness in the body & face, relaxes the muscles so you can begin to rebuild with the face poses.
There are no poses in this session, but there are stretches & release that begin the release & rebuild of the masseter muscle (in next session). You should feel very relaxed. Breathe & relax out of the stretches if you are feeling any discomforts - modify to what feels right for your if needed.
Namaste.
