Part 2 of the Release Sessions. While we will be sitting, there's more movement in this session - releasing tightness from the low back up to the masseter muscles in the face - so wear comfortable clothing.
IMPORTANT: This session requires a clean 'tool', I use a chapstick tube. If you opt to use something else of similar size, of course make sure it's clean, but make sure it something that is safe & comfortable between your teeth.

Body posture is 1st! Then determine which eyebrow is higher. This pose wrinkles the forehead - that's OK - afterwards tap or glide fingertips around the forehead. Can use free hand to gently assist the lift.
Muscles Used:
Works orbicularis oculi, procerus, corrugator supercilii muscles while preventing frontalis from forming lines.
