Last night I discovered I actually love Yogic Bicycles - I used to think they were torture. But found I enjoy the breath following the body connection of the pose. And I like feeling strong.
You're told to try to be on your yoga mat practicing everyday (& daily meditating:) while going thru the yoga teacher training because it's beyond exercise - it's a lifestyle.
I didn't feel like exercising until close to 10pm last night - but now I know they're a great exercise for when I'm feeling lazy but know i should....🧘♀️🚲

Works orbicularis oculi, procerus, corrugator supercilii muscles while preventing frontalis from forming lines.
