I spent some time & recorded 5 mini sessions yesterday.... I'm very excited about this new option - 1st one I will post is on Wednesday!
My intention... to keep you consistent with just a few minutes here & there. Length of time will vary - I want to keep them around 5 or so minutes. EVERYONE has 5 minutes to spare - small habits create big changes!
These are cut to the chase flows - I don't go into detail on the poses (there's other videos for that in the Playlists:) I'm just guiding you through it.

Body posture is 1st! Then determine which eyebrow is higher. This pose wrinkles the forehead - that's OK - afterwards tap or glide fingertips around the forehead. Can use free hand to gently assist the lift.
Muscles Used:
Works orbicularis oculi, procerus, corrugator supercilii muscles while preventing frontalis from forming lines.
