This month's intention is about embracing change. Changing of Self. I love change, even when it's challenging. Once I accept it, I always come through a bit better than I started.
Schedule:
Wednesday - 7th - 3pm - Forehead
Wednesday - 14th - 3pm - Eyes
Wednesday - 21st - 3pm - Cheeks & Face Line
Sunday - 25th - 12pm - Mouth & Lips
Wednesday - 28th - 3pm - Neck & Jawline
It'll be fall here soon... changing of the leaves, weather & habits. PNW can be pretty "sad" come winter time; it's dark early, rainy & gloomy... the damp cold chills you to the bone. But I did increase my Vitamin D last year & had a really sunny winter:) I just gotta stay warm & I'm happy.
We love summer! We stay in awe of fall; mountain views that surround us, foggy mornings & then sunny days with a colorful variety of the falling leaves... we gently get to ease ourselves into hibernation with a show.
I'm ready to embrace the changing of the season... and Self. Because only good things can come of that.

Body posture is 1st! Then determine which eyebrow is higher. This pose wrinkles the forehead - that's OK - afterwards tap or glide fingertips around the forehead. Can use free hand to gently assist the lift.
Muscles Used:
Works orbicularis oculi, procerus, corrugator supercilii muscles while preventing frontalis from forming lines.
September's intention is about getting back into routines. We will be focusing on fitting face yoga into daily activities or moments.
A lil bit of practice throughout the day really adds up!
