Just a reminder I'll be live tomorrow at 3pm. I will be focusing on forehead exercises only in this flow... from "freezing" the forehead to smoothing "11" lines (aka frown lines) - these are my favorite poses for training the forehead.
Forehead rebuilding is important because it keeps you lifted in the upper face. And it's really important to do before working on the eyes (next week).

♡Trains the Forehead Muscles Not to Move When Opening the Eyes
Body posture is 1st! Then determine which eyebrow is higher. This pose wrinkles the forehead - that's OK - afterwards tap or glide fingertips around the forehead. Can use free hand to gently assist the lift.
Muscles Used:
Works orbicularis oculi, procerus, corrugator supercilii muscles while preventing frontalis from forming lines.
