New Month, New Intention...
For many of us November is when we start to get into the holiday spirit ... in America it's about Thanksgiving later in the month.
To me, its just a nice day of gratitude, as I enjoy a day off - for many its about turkey day! Sooooo...
This month's intention is about getting rid of the "Turkey Neck"! The focus will be on neck hygiene & poses. There will be a few lower face poses...but the focus is neck & jawline.
