The Beaver Moon. The time when the mainly nocturnal Beaver gets pretty active preparing their winter dams for the coming winter... working diligently under the moon light.
Most of us were sleeping during the Lunar Eclipse this morning, also known as the Blood Moon. It was the last Lunar Eclipse until March 2025, as they occur once every 1.5 years.
Full moons bring an end to cycles - they bring light to the darkness. There's always potential for fallout, but find your determination through this powerful Lunar energy. Work diligently from within & let go of your darkness to find your inner light.
Don't forget to do your full moon rituals... cleanse your space, take a bath, moon water.

Body posture is 1st! Then determine which eyebrow is higher. This pose wrinkles the forehead - that's OK - afterwards tap or glide fingertips around the forehead. Can use free hand to gently assist the lift.

Works orbicularis oculi, procerus, corrugator supercilii muscles while preventing frontalis from forming lines.
