I stated in my LIVE Session today that I had a bad headache...i actually don't take any OTC medicine. Due to several scary allergic reactions to ibuprofen, I've only taken 2 Tylenol in more than 10 years. I rarely get bad headaches so I try to live as holistic as possible & carry on (so far so good:)... but today's Face Yoga session actually gave me the headache relief I needed!!
Earlier I tried to take a nap...BUT this lil stinker decided he needed kisses just as I started to drift off. He's impossible lol!
It started with a flick of an ear, then several more flicks. He then got a lil closer... when I ignored his efforts, he pressed his face into my lips as hard as he could until he got a š.
Eventually I gave up on the nap. He seemed pleased with himselfš
