With the end of the month, we end the Neck & Double Chin series with the gentle reminder 'Neck Love = Self Love'.
Everyday aim to move your neck, keep it healthy. Everyday do something nice or beautiful for yourself - it can be simple... a bath, buy/pick flowers, yoga, a yummy treat, meditation... AND YES - FACE YOGA!
Each time you do a session or practice some poses, you're treating yourself to a facial: ♡Fresh oxygen, blood & nutrients to your skin

Body posture is 1st! Then determine which eyebrow is higher. This pose wrinkles the forehead - that's OK - afterwards tap or glide fingertips around the forehead. Can use free hand to gently assist the lift.
Muscles Used:
Works orbicularis oculi, procerus, corrugator supercilii muscles while preventing frontalis from forming lines.
September's intention is about getting back into routines. We will be focusing on fitting face yoga into daily activities or moments.
