The Solar Plexus is located just below our diaphragm... it's connected to our ego, personal power & our will. When not balanced our state of Self can become wounded. We become susceptible to depression & our self-confidence can be harmed ... by taking this face yoga session time for yourself, you're acting with intention.
Though we will be seated for the session, the warm ups are inspired by the body poses that balance the Solar Plexus.
The Face Yoga poses I picked for this session are what I deemed moments of 'acting' (Binocular, Candle Blow....).
Act on the desire to improve yourself take back your power! Don't just "want" the under eye bags or the double chin to disappear... you have to put in the work! We will end the session almost how we will begin, except you will feel more calm & confident.
Our view of ourselves & our world can be muddied when our minds are not clear. Exercise & lifestyle habits cleanse the muddied mind - nurturing our sense of Self.
