Last minute diy gift idea...Aromatherapy for the shower🩶
Needed:
Silicon Tray (easy to pop them out)
Spray Bottle (mist)
1 small box Baking Soda
1 cup Citric Acid
2 teaspoons of Essential Oils
Witch Hazel
Directions:
♡Smooth out the baking soda & add 1cup citric acid. Mix.
♡Add 2 teaspoons of your favorite essential oil(s)... lavender shown, Eucalyptus & Peppermint makes a nice sinus soother. More than 2 teaspoons makes them soft & takes wayyy longer to harden. Mix together.
♡Spritz the Witch Hazel - mix & spritz as needed. It should feel like wet sand before pressing into the mold.
♡Steamers take about 1-2 days to fully harden (I gave out some sad slouchy hearts before I found my groove & timing, they still work tho!).
This recipe works for my tray of 24 small hearts or for my tray of 6 large hearts.
