I've been off of work for a week:) lots of meditation, yoga & digital detoxing! ... I could live everyday like that; amplifies my creativity & that alone is heart healingš
I already meditate 2-3x a day, but to have the freedom to do long meditations whenever is amazing...
Daily yoga & every other day weightlifting is back on track!
