New month, New intention...
It's my birthday month!!! Turning 39... my intention is and will remain - aging naturally & gracefully.
Each session this month will include a few of my favorite poses, face lifts and techniques. So not a specific area, but rather the entire face.

Body posture is 1st! Then determine which eyebrow is higher. This pose wrinkles the forehead - that's OK - afterwards tap or glide fingertips around the forehead. Can use free hand to gently assist the lift.
Muscles Used:
Works orbicularis oculi, procerus, corrugator supercilii muscles while preventing frontalis from forming lines.
